…to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.”

― John O'Donohue

I approach therapy from a place of curiosity and heart, working with you to illuminate the powerful forces influencing your life story in support of your future goals and aspirations. Together, we will collaborate towards a deeper clarity and understanding that honors the healing and growth possible from within your core values, capacities and strengths. All identities welcome.

I specialize in treating problems from a relational and holistic approach, utilizing narrative therapy to explore those relationships and experiences where thriving and connection have been possible in spite of the problems currently influencing your life story. We will also work together to access and safely recover the marginalized experiences and emotions of your life, providing each part of you with the compassionate space to be known and acknowledged for the secret histories each contains. Once we are able to get a better understanding of the ways that this inner community has been working to support you, we can work on shifting and changing any of those relationships that need updating to be more supportive of your current life and needs, bringing them back into conversation with the rest of your life in a more integrated way. By curiously and empathetically connecting with those lost aspects of your identity, our conversations will be constructed in such a way as to facilitate healing and the cultivation of a more preferred story that lovingly honors your wholeness and complexity.

You are not alone…

but your problems may be trying to convince you otherwise. Problems thrive in isolation and silence.
