Crisis Services in the Community
"We don't heal in isolation, but in community." -S. Kelley Harrell
If you're feeling like you want to die, it's important to tell someone.
Help and support is available right now if you need it. You do not have to struggle with difficult and painful feelings alone. In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Additionally, these free crisis helplines below are here for you when you're feeling down or desperate. Unless it says otherwise, many of these resources are available 24 hours a day, every day. You can also call these helplines for advice if you’re worried about someone else. There is always hope to be found, sometimes we just need to wait a little bit longer to find it.
